MEI has expanded support services for its Conlux line, which includes NBM-3000 Series bill validators and CCM5G Series coin changers.

Full-line operators, bottlers and vending machine manufacturers who use Conlux products can now have them serviced at 36 MEI Authorised Service Centers, Staffed by Conlux-certified technicians and located across the U.S Canada and Mexico.

With access to more service locations, Conlux customers will experience faster turnaround times and less downtime, the company said. MEI prides itself on its technologically advanced and well equiped service centers, manned by technicians who have completed its rigorous MEI University Quality Repair Service Training certification program.

This service enhancement is part of MEI's corporate initiative to increase support for the Conlux product line, which it acquired in 2003. Last month, the unattended payment system manufacturer expanded its Queretaro, Mexico, manufacturing plant to produce Conlux products for the NOrth American market. In addition, MEI named Vendnet as master distributor for Conclux line in order to facilitate sales to full-line vending operators.
